Terminating Your Fixed-Price Plan
You may terminate your Fixed-Price Plan at any point. However, please consider the following important points:
Cooling-Off Period
Every Fixed-Price Plan comes with a 14-day Cooling-Off Period for your peace of mind. If you're not fully satisfied with your plan, you're entitled to a full refund provided that: a) no repairs have been undertaken; b) no repair or emergency service has been requested; and c) the cancellation is within 14 days of the plan's purchase date. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the plan purchase.
Situations Involving Repair Requests or Services
Should you choose to cancel your plan after a repair service has been requested or conducted, you may incur charges equivalent to the full cost of the repair, as per the tradesman's standard rates. This condition is applicable for the entire duration of your plan, including the Cooling-Off Period.
Post-Cooling-Off Period
Cancellation requests made after the 14-day Cooling-Off Period are not eligible for refunds.
Renewal Process
Your plan's renewal will be discussed towards the end of its term. About 14 days prior to your contract's expiration, a customer service representative might reach out to discuss renewal options, adhering to our GDPR Policy. Please note, renewing your Fixed-Price Plan post-expiry is entirely optional.
